How do I place an order on your website?
- Go to the menu or search box and choose to shop by style or by label, to browse our collection.
- Select the items of your choosing and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you've added all items, you click on ’Checkout’ to proceed with your order.
- Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to proceed with your order. After you’ve finalized the process from your end, we'll confirm the order, prepare it for shipping and send it your way while allowing you to stay updated via a tracking number.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Sure! Our friendly Customer Service Advisors will be available from Monday to Saturday from 11am till 7pm (GMT+3) to take your call or answer a WhatsApp message. And they will assist you with any orders you would like to place, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We provide fit information and measurements for each item in the description box. And with those details, that’ll make it easier for you to choose the right item of clothing for your suiting.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, prepared and shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number that will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Yes, you can cancel your order or make changes to it before it’s shipped. All you need to do is make sure that the status of your order states that it’s still in preparation, which you can have confirmed by sending us a quick email at email@example.com or contact us by WhatsApp message. If your order is still in preparation, then you can still cancel it or specify any modifications you would like to be made to it.
Can I return items and get a refund?
For the time being, in the wake of the country’s unstable situation and Covid-19, items that are bought via our website cannot be returned nor exchanged - keeping in mind that most of our items are unique and detailed descriptions of items are provided. BUT do not hesitate to ask us for more pictures and more information.
Will my order require custom fees?
As long as you haven’t made a huge order with a large quantity, no custom fee shall be applied to your shipment.
