HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Browse our collections by choosing ‘SHOP’ from our menu. Add the items you want to purchase to your cart by clicking on ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you've added all items, click on ’CHECKOUT’ to proceed with your order. Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to continue. After you checkout, we will confirm your order via email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OF MAKE CHANGES TO IT?
After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email, as soon as we've shipped your order we will also send you an email with a tracking number. Note that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has already been shipped.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
On our e-shop we accept payments with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
In case our payment gateway is unable to operate the transaction we also accept payments through third party money transfer services (Western Union, MoneyGram...) or direct bank transfers, contact us for more information by email (email@example.com)
If you live in Lebanon where our business is based, you can pass by the shop to pick up your order or have your order delivered and pay upon receiving it.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS THE RIGHT SIZE?
Our items are produced in three sizes, simply measure your chest, waist, hip, arm and thigh circumference and compare them with our size guide.
Additionally, if you still have doubts about a piece fitting you nicely, simply reach out by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone/WhatsApp (00 961 71 565 716).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been confirmed, prepared and shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number that will keep you updated on the status of your order.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS AND GET A REFUND?
For the time being, in the wake of Lebanon's unstable financial situation, items that are shipped internationally cannot be returned or exchanged - keeping in mind that most of our items are unique and detailed descriptions of items are provided. BUT do not hesitate to ask us for more pictures and more information Via WhatsApp. As for Lebanese residents, items can be exchanged but not returned, within 30 days of purchase.
WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE CUSTOM FEES?
As long as you haven’t made a huge order with a large quantity, no custom fee shall be applied to your shipment.
